Refund Policy

LegUp Table Lift LLC is committed to customer satisfaction with the LegUp Table Lift kit (“the Product”). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, assistance is available.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • A refund for the Product may be requested within 5 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the Product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with all components and instructions included.
  • Refund requests for reasons other than a defect in the product or damage during transit are not guaranteed.
  • Special orders or customized products may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless found to be defective.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact the Customer Service team at LegUp Table Lift LLC  at PO Box 5083, Louisville KY 40255 [email protected] 502-208-6178, or visit LegUptablelift.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. 
  • Once the return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number SHFY ? and instructions on how to return the Product. Do not return any items without first receiving your RMA number, as they will not be accepted.
  • Pack the Product securely in its original packaging. Note: returns may be rejected or incur a restocking fee if the packaging is marked or damaged.
  • Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving your return label.

3. Refund Processing

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, a refund will be processed within 30 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Any interest accrued on orders purchased through third-party financing will not be refunded.
  • Depending on your credit card provider, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is the result of a defective product, damaged during transit, or an error by LegUp Table Lift LLC, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for your return.
  • For returns due to reasons other than a product defect or damage during shipping, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance when returning the Product, as (Your Company Name) is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

5. Restocking Fee

  • In some cases, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be applied to returned items.
  • Factors influencing the application of a restocking fee include the condition of the returned item (e.g., opened or used), timing of the return (e.g., outside the return window), and whether the original packaging is included.

6. Impact on Original Table Warranty

  • Installing the Product may affect the warranty of your existing table. You understand that LegUp Table Lift LLC is not responsible for any impact the modification may have on your existing table’s warranty.
