Terms of Use for LegUp Table Lift

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing, installing, or using the LegUp Table Lift kit (“the Product”). By purchasing, installing, or using the Product, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Product purpose

The LegUp Table Lift is designed to modify existing tables, making them adjustable in height and potentially more useful for various applications. It is intended for use with tables that are structurally sound and capable of supporting the added weight and forces associated with lifting and lowering.

2. User responsibilities

Proper Installation: You are solely responsible for ensuring the correct and safe installation of the Product according to the provided instructions. Failure to follow instructions may result in personal injury or property damage and will void the product warranty.
Safe Operation: Never exceed the Product’s maximum weight capacity, as exceeding it may cause the lift table to tip over, leading to severe injury. Always operate the Product carefully and responsibly.
Regular Inspections: Inspect the Product before each use for loose or broken parts or damage to the uprights, platform or other components. Do not use the Product if it exhibits any signs of damage or malfunction.
Maintenance: Ensure the Product is maintained according to the provided instructions to ensure its safe and reliable operation.
Original Table Warranty: You acknowledge that installing the Product may affect the warranty of your existing table. You understand that LegUp Table Lift is not responsible for any impact the modification may have on your existing table’s warranty.

3. Disclaimers

No Express or Implied Warranties: The Product is provided “as is”. LegUp Table Lift expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as explicitly stated in the separate Limited Warranty document accompanying this Product.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall LegUp Table Lift be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or lost profits.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LegUp Table Lift from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Product, including, but not limited to, claims of personal injury or property damage, whether caused by defects in the Product, improper installation, or misuse.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the Product, including, but not limited to, patents, trademarks, and copyrights, belong to LegUp Table Lift LLC. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute the Product without the express written consent of LegUp Table Lift LLC.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kentucky USA.

7. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Amendments

LegUp Table Lift LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms of Use on [Your Website Address].
